Gallery Hyundai is pleased to present IMAGINATIO, a solo exhibition by Park Minjoon (b. 1971), from November 11 to December 27, 2026. The exhibition marks Park’s first solo exhibition with the gallery since X in 2022. Drawing on mythology, literature, history, and philosophy, Park has developed a distinctive artistic world that expands the horizons of figurative painting. In this exhibition, he presents new works exploring the theme of imagination. The exhibition features approximately thirty works on paper incorporating watercolor, acrylic, and gold leaf, along with a chandelier sculpture that gives three-dimensional form to imagined beings. Through these works, Park unfolds a world where reality and fantasy intersect, revealing the human desires, beliefs, and contradictions of life reflected within it.
