Yang Jung Uk introduces a new large-scale work You said to the side, and I said to the left at the 2020 Paradise Art Lab Festival. This work describes the process of two people’s communication and concession in determining where to place a frame at their home. This piece expresses the artist’s unique sentiments and visual characteristics through light and shadow, glistening like a glowing firefly, rough analogue movement, interesting totemic objects, and more. This exhibition will continue until February 28th, 2021. 

양정욱 작가가 대규모 신작 <당신은 옆이라고 말했고, 나는 왼쪽이라고 말했다>를 '2020 파라다이스 아트랩'에서 공개했다. 이 작품에는 한 집에 사는 두 사람이 액자의 위치를 정하면서 서로의 마음을 맞추어 나가는 과정이 담겨 있다. 반딧불처럼 빛나는 조명과 그림자, 투박한 아날로그적 움직임, 궁금증을 자아내는 토템적 오브제 등 양정욱 작가 특유의 서정적 감성과 시각적 특징이 돋보인다. 전시는 파라다이스시티 아트스페이스에서 2021년 2월 28일까지.
